Look at me, look at him, them. Wrong .Feel them. It's conseptual, means you can't actually see it. And I made it all up.
Most people can never, ever close their eyes. Eyes wide open, they keep searching, keep looking for an amazing moment to be stuck in and never go forward, never go back. But nothing's perfect cause that's not real, is it? So they keep trying to find something to fill up the holes inside their minds, their hearts, their lives because they are not perfect. But they refuse to do anyhting that involves effort, feelings, or pain. Like it's all just a game. Just a little fucking winning game.
And they stay stuck there. Waiting for the storm to pass. Waiting for everything to be put into place by its own. Waiting for you to make them see all that their eyes couldn't.
But life's out there, and if you don't lose something you won't win anything. Think about nice and simple things, nobody appreciates them, cause they're super easy. We've all got some weird attraction to what's beautiful and mysterious, even if we don't admit it even to ourselves. After all, if we had all we wanted just with a snap of our fingers, what would be the point?
But we still think in a nice and simple way.
That's why we stay in prison when the door is wide open.
You gotta feel, you gotta fall to get up. Cause if you do, up is the only way.
